Tara has helped numerous people achieve their weight loss or performance goals through her emphasis on lasting behavior change. With each individual, she does an assessment of health status, past medical history, medication and supplement usage, weight history, past and current exercise habits, and current eating habits. Goal setting is a fundamental part of the process. Identifying motivations to reach the goals as well as barriers that may inhibit progress is a key step in the behavior change process.

Tara has joined Real Living Nutrition to offer online nutrition counseling. You can sign up for an 8 week weight loss program using a non-diet approach.
